Mommy tried a second time this morning and the second time I just ate the treat and let the you-know-what fall to the floor. So after mommy took over MY blog and complained about me and told on me, she put the you-know-what into ANOTHER flavor of Greenie, the chicken instead of salmon, and she and the oldest brother of mine went off to Knoxville. She stopped off at the arboretum she told me a minute ago, and took some pictures in camera raw. Her first time to do that. AND she came home after much cogitation and prayer and I had eaten my treats. AND I asked for a food lunch too.
She thinks I don't know but I know that my soft carrier is in the tub behind the shower curtain. She was going to take me today. However, I bought myself another day.

You go, girl! Variety is the spice of life.
We're so glad to hear this Admiral! Yay for not having to go to the vet! We hope you keep eating those Greenies!
Phew! Admiral, our advice is to eat each and every little bit up each and every day because the alternative "visiting" doesn't bear thinking about. Really!

Good Girl!!!!
What we really need is a timed release capsule you can take once a week!!! Or something they can inject once under the skin like they do birth control that lasts for months.
The Human says: I will share one of my problems with Spitty. I don't advertise this, but he is still a "real boy" because I CANNOT get him into a carrier :-( He NEVER goes outside--ever--and he is a perfect gentleman box-wise; he's never sprayed. But I KNOW he would be calmer and happier if I could get him fixed. So far, NG though with getting him in a carrier. I do worry what would happen if he got sick and HAD to go to the vet. I guess I'd find a way. (He did have all his shots & stuff when he was a few months old, but nothing since). Sigh.
Good going, sweet Admiral! We want you to be strong and healthy, so keep eating lots of fuds, and keep on eating those Greenies (we are sure glad you enjoyed the chick-hen flavored ones), too, okay?
Hugs to you and Mommy!
Keep it up, Admiral. And stop giving your Mom fits and gray hairs. really, girl.
Way to go Admiral!!

Good job Admiral - but stop trying to scare your mom like that....it really is easier to eat the treat than get shoved in the carrier and dragged to the v-e-t.
You can do it sweetie, I know you can!
The most beautiful sound in your house is NOM NOM : ) So good to hear you keep up a good work !
xoxo
Yay Miss Admiral

Hi Admiral san! You are doing very well eating a lot!! Chicken flavor sounds good :-) My kids prefer chicken to salmon.
Have a wonderful week, Admiral san!!
Admiral, I think you made the correct choice: eating the pill is better than going to the vet's! Has your mom tried to use a piller?
Keep going my sweet friend and keep eating. Hugs GJ xx
Admiral, we think you should keep eating your treats. It will save you a trip to you-know-where!
I am telling you better take those pills. If not your mom is going to have to contact those people at NASA for a device to make sure you swallow them. If they can put a Man in the Moon. There must be something to make it easy for taking your pills. Have a purrrrfect week. Hugs Carrie
whew!! You made it right under the wire girlfriend!!!! You keep eating those treats and your fuds and you won't have to go back to the vet for awhile! xoxoxo
Way to go sweetie. You have to keep eating those Greenie pill pockets of you want to stay out of dat carrier. I'm so happy I don't have to take my smooch back.
Hello and Monday greetings to you Missie Hestorbiepuffyflower. You are amazing and we are so happy that you are eating a lot of food. It is always good to keep your mom on her tippie toes.
Your furs are puffy and very bright. they make you look fancy like a princess.
I hope you get a lot of sun today and that the whole week is good bonkbonk good!
That's a relief! As some other kitties have noted, Admiral, sometimes you are too smart for your own good!
I wonder how many different flavors of Greenies there are?
Dearest Admiral Hestorb!
Yous keeps eating your "greenies" and your dinner and yous wont't has to go to the vet!
Kisses

Ms. Admiral; I've been reading your blog entries with growing concern. You really do need to let your human help you. We all love you and want you to be well, when you stop taking your meds you make me think you are giving up, and I can't accept that. I know you are a fighter, but only fight when it's to your benefit, like getting the best sunny spot, or getting the biggest mousie toy but NOT when it's fighting your human who needs to keep you healthy and strong! I wants to read a good report from you soon! Chin up pretty Girl!
