Tortie Tuesday

My mom had a friend come over, one that I like, and she got the PTU out of the closet while mom held me and then put me in., Since I am hyper sensitized to the sound of that door opening I would have bolted if mom had tried. I know because that's what I did last time. Nope..no other place for it, and my history is: If the PTU stays out..I stay UTB. Plain and simple. I'll do it for weeks. Just coming out to eat and use the box. One bathroom, so can't hide it in the tub behind the curtain. She's really not able to put it anywhere else.

ANYWAY, I got to the V-E-T alright but I made mommy feel really badly first by asking so sweetly for the breakfast I probably would have eaten little of. Made her feel terrible. I made sure to ask often. But I got there to the place..had my bloods drawn, got my pill and I am home.

We have to wait till next Monday probably to hear the results. Mom sorta hates to type out all the particulars because we really don't know anything yet. So we don't want to say something not accurate or scare ourselves, MOL. No use borrowing trouble mom always sez.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your love, purrs, concern and comforting prayers. We will always do the same in return.

Sweetie - dat was so nice of your mom's friend to come over and help get you in the PTU. You are a smart kitty and I'm sure you would have bolted and made mom feel bad all day. It proably wasn't quite so traumatic this way and I'm sure mom felt a wee bit better having a friend with her. Still purring and purraying for you sweetie.

Thanks for the update. I hate the PTU, too. Too many trips to the vet lately will do that to you.

I am so happy that your Mom had a friend go with both of you.
I can imagine how it tugged at your Mom's heart when you meowed that you wanted food. I wish I were there to give your poor Mommy a hug (and YOU too!)
I agree with your Mommy. I am the type that hates to talk about or type something about what COULD be wrong when I don't know. I agree with her completely.
In the meantime know that we are thinking about you and praying and purring that all will be fine!
