She's home but refuses to eat or drink and she's lost a pound in this 36 hrs.
I am hoping that it is because of all of the trauma and as she has gone around in her home checking things, she will eventually settle.
Much love to each of you for your care and love.

We hope so too! Paws crossed, continued purrs and Light!
It's ok to explore and make sure no 'intruders' have messed up the UTB territory. When she relaxes, she will take a taste of this or that and finally eat the entire bowl. Remember, what goes in must come out, so not to eat TOO much at first is a good thing. Tomorrow will be much better :)
Until then, many purrs, strokes,& little cat kisses are sent your way. Sam is breathing a sigh of relief and says he'll save a few of his Fancy Feast Gold dry morsels just for you -- and believe me, he saves that for no one.
XOXOXO
I am very pleased she is home with you and like Jenny, I am hoping as she gets more relaxed that she will start eating again.
Admiral, I am super happy you are home and I know that soon you will relieve your Mommy's worries by taking a little nibble. Ready to teleport at a moment's notice! <3
We are thrilled Miss Admiral is back on the boat, if not at the helm yet. A good night's rest UTB will work wonders. Rupert has his Doctor's outfit pressed and ready to go!
Being deydrated will make your tummy upset - when our Chica who has CRF gets like that we give her anything she wants to eat - baby food chicken, tuna, kitten food - she likes it warmed up with extra water. we have even put the food on Mom's finger and put the finger in Chica's mouth to get food in. You don't want the not eating to go on too long as it can cause liver damage in kitties. Sending lots of purrs for you both.
WE are sure that once she knows she's home and calms down, Admiral will settle in and eat and drink. We are still purrin and purrin and purrin for you sweetie.

Loves & purrrs & hugs to you both. I'm sure that it's scary & nerve wracking but try to give off calm vibes so Ms. Admiral can sense that too & know that no matter what; you're both in this together and it's gonna be OK!.

Just do a little bit at a time and get alllll better soon!! Purrrs and kitty kisses and grooming!!"
We're so glad that Admiral is home and we hope she eats and drinks soon. any mews?
We be so happurry you are home where you can really rest and curl up with your mom! You will feel like eating in the morning after a good nights rest we hope, and if not, you tell your mummy that there are meds the vet can give you to make feel hungry...diazepam or mirtazipine. And there are some tasty foods the vet has too, Hill's a/d and Royal Canin Recovery...ask for those if you want something yummy!
Admiral we are so glad you are home, and we hope once things are a bit more settled for you that you will feel like eating! Is there any chance she is a bit congested and just can smell her food - maybe a more stinky food would help. We are sending her lots of purrs and prayers and crossing all our paws and fingers that she will eat and drink soon!
Hope your on the mend and feel hungry and thirsty soon!!
Sending purrs and prayers!

Carole, I am so sorry to hear Admiral has been so sick, and hope she is better and eating soon.
Thinking of you both.

This has all been very traumatic for her. Her world was disrupted. Once she feels secure she'll settle down.

Your are in our thoughts Dear Admiral. Theese is excellent that you are back home with your Mommy! Relax, takes a nap, then has some of your Num-Nums, will ya?
Oh my dear... I'm so worried for you. Please, please feel better, I'm purring my heart out for you.
We just heard the Admiral is feeling sickly. Sending comforting purrrrrrssss and healing purrrrayers. Hang in there Admiral.
Well, dear Admiral, we are all happy that you are home and we hope you can relax soonest and have something to eat and drink. Slightly warmed fuuds are good when you don't feel up to it. Being at the vet can be so overwhelming it can stop us wanting to eat for a while. We are still sending you lots of love and rumbly purrs. Get well soon sweetheart

We are sending lots of purrs and kisses to you sweet Admiral - please eat some foods to get back your strength and make your sad mom a happy mom.
With love and gentle headbutts Hannah and Lucy xx xx
We are glad you are back home Admiral. We hope you start eating and drinking now. Our very favourite food is freshly cooked cod (fresh or frozen) and when I was ill and wouldn't eat, that is what got me eating again. Mum cooks it in the microwave and gives it to us lukewarm. Maybe that will entice you to eat too.

Hi Admiral and your mom,
"The Boys" and I just read about you at the Catblogosphere so we came over here to see what's going on.
Bummer about you not being able to eat and do your box duties. And then to lose weight besides...'course we know that going to the Dr can upset a kitty's system.
We're looking forward to reading how you've finally got back on the eating train.
In the meantime, we'll be purrrying for you.
Just checking in to see iffen there's any updates on Admiral.
We's all purring fur her, hopefully she's relaxing back at home now and getting hungry...!
Love & Purrs,
