Ahoy on deck. Fire cannons in salute. I do believe I have found my CEO!
I called the Vet's office to see if they knew of any kitties who were ready to interview Servunts. They had several. Three are still slightly feral and not too happy to be snuggled yet. They're constantly working with them. One is almost a dead ringer for Admiral but she is shy and winces a little when you reach for her. When I got there by the way, one of the Techs gave me the Admiral's paw print preserved for me. They were waiting a bit to present it. I was of course, overcome. I have it next to her little wooden cask now where her ashes rest.
But a little Tuxie girl was given to me to see what she thought of me. Kitties, she headbutted me everywhere. She made biscuits all over me and even in the air. She couldn't get enough headbutts. Her meow was so dainty..at least for this visit. She allowed me to hold her and made biscuits some more, she allowed me to kiss her and snuggle. She seems very very loving. I think I have found my baby. She is about 4-ish in age...years... they think. I looked at her teeth with the Vet and they are smallish, white and in great shape. She has had her LadyGardenectomy and her shots and I can adopt her for 65.00.
Admiral's Vet came out and hugged me and said how glad he was to see me there. I think it's true..not because my new girl will be a patient there.
The name they gave her is Oreo. I don't like that and I will put it to a vote with my three sons what her name will be. May be Robin after..who else but my Robin from years ago.
IF my son can help me get the picture off the phone I will come back and insert her picture.
Kitties..I am grinning all over myself.
Pee Ess she is still there. I have preparartions to make.
