Kitties! Yesterday I was abducted and taken to my Dr. for a tune-up. I have been taking my medicine, eating my meals BUT I was really singing out so much during the night that mom had a very hard time trying to scrape together sufficient sleep. That does, I admit, make it hard for her.
I knew my carrier was in the tub behind the shower curtain, I can smell the v-e-t cooties on it. So I hid most of the day UTB. She had to call a v-e-t tech to come get me out from there (heavy bed..wrist still not fully functional on mom) and because I had been under there so long the motion of getting me out caused me to pee. And that went all over our bed..blanket and sheet and I finished up in the carrier wetting the fleece pad.
I didn't do that on purpose and mom was really running the washing machine for awhile. That blankie on our bed is thick so it washed by itself Mom said she never knew kitty pee smelled that badly as my box is cleaned each morning and fresh litter is in there so frequently. She doesn't like the highly scented litter for me so mine has no fragrance.
I maintained my weight. But I did get a combination shot of two things which almost always help me feel better. I did sing some last night but not as much as the past three. So, we are good for awhile.
Hope you had a great Halloween. Mom and I sat on the couch together. We thought that was good.

Dear Admiral, we did not know your singing was a sign of not feeling well. We understand the stress of the dreaded v-e-t. You've been very good about taking your pills lately and we are so proud of you! Sending you some feel good purrs and pawsitive thoughts fur continued good health. Haf a pawsome Tuesday pretty kitteh! xoxo
It was a great Halloween! And we so happy for the good report. Hugs to you, pretty girl!
Oh poor Admiral. But you really did have to go to the vet probably. We are sorry you got so nervous that you peed. Our old cat does that sometimes.Hope you have a better day today.
Admiral we all pee if we get nervous at going in our PTUs cos it usually means being stabbed which isn't furry friendly of the vet. Glad you are feeling better today.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Accidents do happen. We're glad you're OK, sweet girl. Peese continue eating fur Mom.
xoxo Kassey
That's okay sweet Admiral...pee can be cleaned up...your health and your feeling better is what counts. Sorry you had to go to the vet to get that accomplished though. We are so proud of you for taking your pills and we hope you are feeling much better today. Sitting on the couch with your mom was nice...we cats get to do that sometimes but Chancy don't like to share much. Hugs and nose kisses
I am sorry you had an accident. Mom understands and is not mad at you at all.
These trips to the vet are necessary and will make you feel better. When you feel better, mom feels better.
xoxo
Ugh, we're sorry you had to go the v-e-t again, Admiral. Paws crossed you'll be able to say home for a while now!
Sorry you had to go to the vet again but happy that it seems to have helped a little. keep up the good work and dont worry about the washing as you are the most important. Hugs GJ x
Glad you're feeling good, Miss Admiral! And don't worry about your "accident."
We also didn't realize that the singing was a sign to your mom that something was up - we figured you were just keeping her entertained. :) Oh, and if it makes you feel better, mom trimmed Ivy's nails the other night and got peed on.
Going to the vet is not pleasant, but it is necessary, and yes, even Admirals must go to the vet. Even Miss Gracie goes to the vet! Anyway, we are glad that you are doing reasonably well.
My Emma now recognizes the sound of the cat-carrier being picked and instantly runs and hides now. She is so cute!
So glad you maintained your weight, Ms. B! Keep up the good work :-).
Iz sorry you gotted skarded like that dear Admiral but I sure teh vet iz making you betters wiv da shots. Mr Boots wuz singing an yowling fur you last nite so duzn't werry its all good *hugs*
Sweet Admiral, at least that is behind you, and the news from the vet is good about your weight. I hope you only sing from being happy not from feeling sickie.
Phew! That all sounds pretty traumatic,Admiral. Good about the weight, though!
Admiral sweetheart I think I would have peed the bed as well! You are a trooper and no mistake >^..^<
That was a scary way to spend Halloween Admiral! We're sorry you had an accident but we're glad you are doing okay and hope the shot makes you feel better. We hope you sing from happiness from now on!
I am just thrilled that all is okay with you, and the singing doesn't bother us over here!
Aw Admiral, you REALLY hate the vet, don't you? At least you got some shots to make you feel better. Maybe it will be a while before you have to go back. I'm glad you're doing well otherwise.
I had no idea your late night singing wasn't something good. But I'm glad you are otherwise doing very well.
Did the vet tech scare you which caused you to have an accident?
Oh dear Miss Admiral
WE are sorry you had to go through that, we know how stressful it is for you to go to the Vet's, but we are glad that they are so closely monitoring your health. We did not realize either that your singing was a sign. We hope you are doing better today.
purrs

Miss Admiral, did you get the idea of offensive peeing from our Evil Hummerbird?
We're glad you had a good check-up and a quiet night...keep up the good work! Or we'll have to come over and give you a talking-to...just sayin'!
Sorry you had to have a shot, but if it makes you feel better it's worth it. Hopefully you don't sing so much and both of you can get some good sleep.
Miss Admiral, As far as I see You are doing good ! Keep it up !
You may do Pee-mail but I think mommy can handle it, Just make sure she don't sooth it in. Because I heard our pee-mail or poo-mail can cause human sick as well.
Purrs more for you
hugs plus on top
xoxo
We're sorry the VET scares you so much and that you have to go there. We hope soon you won't have to go so often.
What? Your Mommy doesn't like "free concerts?"
Geeze!!!!!!!!!!
When the birds chirp does she take THEM to the vet?
xoxoxoxo
Why hello, my darling! So excited that you still called me "honey." You know, after the honeymoon*, I will still be popping over for UTB snoozing and face washing, and little shared sips of half-n-half. I mean, surely NO ONE could object to that.
*10 days, MAX. (And this is Day 4 already)
Well, at least your V.V. was brief! AND you are holding your weight! Good girl! Also: Good girl for peeing all over things. Sometimes a kitteh just HAS to find some self-expression. That's what washing machines and moms are for! (But say, any chance that vet tech could just bring the shot with him????)
We're sorry you got nervous and peed. Our bruffer Toro did that to the vet...hehe. we think the vet deserved it. He also did it when san wanted to take him to the vet once. So we understand that you didn't mean it :) We're glad things are fine for you and you got to spend some nice couch time with your mom. THAT , to us, is the bestest thing.
the amigos
Admiral, I pee all over my carrier when I go to the v-e-t too...and sometimes I even do #2!! Can you imagine that??
We're glad you are holding your own.
Zoey
Admiral we thought your singing was like Au's demands for snacks at 2AM and Target's I-love-you-mummy-cat-loveins. We had no idea it meant you weren't feeling well! Hope you're sorted out now and that you BOTH get some sleep.
Smoochies to you and thx for posting my sideebar!
Wow!
Vets are nice!
I love going to my vet. They carry me back into surgery and show me all around while Mom waits. That nice girl trimmed my toenails again.
Mandu
