Kitties! Red Letter Weekend for me--that is.

Kitties! Can you believe it? I came out for the sitter!

I have the best sitter in the world. She is always there for me..I have had her forever and she takes excellent care of me. But I would never under any circumstances come out from hiding. Not in years. But mom got a tattletale email from my sitter yesterday that said I came out..was waiting for her, came to her..allowed petting and brushing AND when I was given treats I ate those AND MY PILL TOO! Then, I was hospitable and followed her to the kitchen, got more petting and brushies and the sitter could hardly believe it. First time in all these years, kitties! mommy was so excited because she always worries when I pine away while she is gone. And if I continue taking my meds while she takes little trips to see her kid, then she won't have to be so worried about me. I admit I have made it hard for her since I've been sick because I won't allow anyone but mom to medicate me. That changed yesterday. Mommy was so acited she forwarded that email she got from my sitter to Mariodacat, my best friend. Mariodacat Tweeted it to the Twitterverse! I got a LOT of cyber smooches for being a VERY good girl.

xoxoxox-- So good to have mommy back and she's glad to BE back. Tomorrow she goes for the last time to see the Orthopaedist.

Oh darling! That is just wonderful news! And coincidentally, I have been much braver with MY sitters (my two Aunties next door). I never run and hide from them, and I will allow them to sit on a chair near mine. BUT I draw the line at pettings. Nope, not gonna happen, MOL!

I will pop by later--maybe I'll be just in time to meet that sitter?

Wow, that's great news, Admiral! You need to let Tanner know that you did this - he ALWAYS hides from the sitter, which is silly because our sitters C. and K. are wonderful!
