Today is the day mom gets that thing off her arm. Things will be temporarily harder she said because there will be no more artificial support for her wrist and that will make dressing much harder..trying to avoid pressing down for now, on the wrist. My brother just wrote her and said there would be a celebratory supper after the cast comes off. Did they include ME???I think not!
I am having my after breakfast nap...see you soon. Mom was given my notes before I headed in so she knew what to type.

Hurray! The cast is finally coming off! Am keeping fingers and paws crossed that the wrist healed perfectly and Mommy will be back to being 100% in no time.
Hey Admiral, Your Boomie here. ;) Love ya!
Mom will feel so much more comfortable without that thing on her wrist. Just think of all the pettings you will get for taking such good care of her.
Dressing will be harder (think elastic) but washing will be so much easier! Best of luck to your Mommy, Admiral. So glad the 6 weeks are up.
The best of luck to your mom, Admiral, and smooches to you!
YAY - cast off today and a dinner to go with it. What an exciting day mom will have. Hope you get a good report at the doctor.
Hooray!!!! Thank you Admiral for taking such good care of mom the last 6 weeks and kudos for the human brothers who helped you a tiny bit. :-)

Good news about yer mum Admiral. You're a good kitty to give her notes. She won't have so much difficulty then.
You mom will feel very strange without that thing on her wrist - and we bet it will feel very stiff for a while but in a short time we reckon she'll be ready for you to treat her to a bitey (gentle of course)!!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
So exhausting, Admiral sweetie, after having to watch out for mom for so long! After being plastered, she can get "plastered" at the celebratory meal xx
That is good progress for your Mom sweet Admiral...and you just enjoy your snoozy!
Hey that's great news. Good job Admiral! Just to let you know Bella is doing well so far. Please keep her in your thoughts.
I think you better get a treat brought home from that dinner or there will be he** to pay! You have EARNED treats!
Congrats to your Mommy for getting that *thing* off her arm! Ah, the luxury of soap and water ;-)
See you later, my dearest!
Well, I would hope you would get some treats to help celebrate your human's getting that cast off!
HURRAH!
Free at last...
And Miss Admiral, as soon as your Mom is out the door I'll be over to have a little "uninterrupted" time with you...just kick Spittoon out, Rupert's on his way!
We're glad your mom will be free from that cast! We hope she does okay and doesn't hurt it in any way. We think she should bring you back some fish from that supper!
Yes!! We are so happy your mom gets that thing off her today. We are so sorry they did not include you in the dinner. Enjoy your snooze. Hugs and nose kisses
Floofy Friday! We love your floof!!! We are glad your Mom finally gets her arm released.
Oh we are happy for your Mom being able to get that off of her wrist, but we know it will feel funny for awhile, we will definitely keep her in our purrs.
I got my results back from the Vet. I knew everything was OK, but Mom, well she was being Mom and all worried and stuff. But they called and said all my numbers were good. So Mom started acting normal again and not all lovey dovey all over me because she was worried.
