Mom changed the channel to the Hummingbird Channel. I was watching the Squirrel Channel exclusively but I think she got tired of seeing the same old thing so two weeks ago she cooked up some nectar for the Hummingbirds (she always makes their food herself) and within a few days, my TV viewing got a lot more interesting. I hope I remember from last year not to throw myself against the "screen" in hopes of catching a snack. Ain't worth it. And the window didn't like it either. ♥

eh-eh-eh! I luvs dat channel!
I like the birdy feeder your Mom uses. It looks easier to clean than the one Mr. Bruce has. So far no hummers here.
Did you have to protect Mom from storms last night?
Dat is AWESOME!!! We don't think we gets too many of those tiny birds around here. But we has a bird feeder outside the balcony for our viewing pleasure.
We get to watch Squirrel TV and Chipmunk TV. No hummers in our yard. But we do get cardinals and sparrows and robins, oh my!
That's a really nice channel. I like watching those birds too. Mom is so good to you.
Whoa! I think I like that channel you're watching. Did you fall out the window last year? TW is always careful when our window is opened because we're on the 4th floor.

That is a great channel and ouchie on that window bump!
I love that channel too Admiral. Mom is very nice to tune it in for you.

Don't damage your pretty nose banging it on the window Admiral.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Pfft. Hardly more than a mouthful. Not worth the effort! I say, wait for a Big Fat Pigeon....mmmmmm....tasty. I wish Gerber's made Pigeon flavor.
Please be sure to come to my blog later--the pictures are Just For You ;-)
What a beautiful hummingbird :-) You are so lucky to have them in your garden!!!
That is an awesome photo, Admiral's Mom. We know, because we try so hard to get decent photos of the ones that visit here. But they seem to prefer to feast on nectar on the fly, and don't settle long enough for still photos.
Hi Admiral! Wow that is cool that you have hummingbird TV - we don't really get hummingbirds at our house. We mostly get other birds, like ducks and stuff. That looks like it is so fun to watch. But we agree - no trying to catch them this year!
We don't have hummingbirds here in France so we are very envious!
Purrs,

I love your bird TV, sweet Admiral. I always beg to go out and have never tried the window...maybe I won't now.

That's a premium Birdie Channel Admiral! Enjoy watching!
Good idea to give up on getting that particular snack, Admiral! Those tiny hummingbirds are like quicksilver. Besides, you'd hardly get more than one bite out of one even if you did succeed. It's just not worth it.
You know, those little hummers flit around purrty quickly...which leads us to wonder if there is any meat on their little bones. Probaly not worth the battle. Just enjoy watching them instead!
Interesting to watch, but I'm sure they aren't worth the effort of throwing yourself against the screen to try to catch one. Probably good that you gave on that idea. A beautiful lady such as yourself should not have to work so hard for snacks. :-)
Yummm - that would be about one bite and he'd be gone. M loves humming birds - they haven't come here yet, but they will in May sometime M says. She always buys one plant that they love and hangs it in the kitchen window. They come every night about 6:00 and have dinner with us.
I hope your Hummingbirds Channel will make you drools and wanna eat more, Admiral

Sometimes it's hard not to get too involved with Bird TV when it's a good episode!
That is a pawsome channel, Admiral! Just enjoy watching, okay? That widow can make for some serious ouchies!
Wow, amazing photo. I like that channel..I wonder if we get it? I might have to stick to birdie radio.
xoxo

That darn screen thwarts all our efforts, too.
We love those hummers!! We haven't seen any yet...but then mom has to get our feeder out!!
I understand your mum getting sick of watching same thing on the bird channel...
Maybe alright for you??
xoxoxo
It looks so lovely. Please gaze but don't pounce, Admiral
Hello dear Missie Hestorbieflowerpuffie :-)
guess what? you have to be very very quiet and sneaky when you see the birdies - UNLIKE MILES...
he is very loud and banking on the windows and scaring away the bloo birdies.
Enjoy the hummingbirdies
bigbig bonks and bronks
Hi! That's a great channel! You sure are a bootiful kitty.
that is so cool (not the throwing yourself at the window, MOL) but the hummingbird food! How does your Mommy make it?
Hummingbirds are fascinating.....to us and to our mama!!!!!!!!
xxxxxxxxxx
Cool Hummingbird TV!...We are so glad you are feeling better and eating well again=we purred for you back then, but didn't realize how sick you must have been a few months ago, sweetie...We are very thankful today for your recovery and continued good health, beautiful girl...We love you, precious friend...xoxo...Calle, Halle, Sukki
I think it's so cool your mom makes the hummingbird nectar herself! I would definitely pay to see you vs. the screen..mol! jk (kinda) ♥ Be careful, Admiral..safety first!
What a fabulous snapshot… it is so worthwhile to capture these beautiful tiny birds with iridescent feathers. I can see why you like the Hummingbird channel.
