It took all day, but mom got me to the v-e-t. I am wary because she was scooping me up and taking me every 4th day and when that happened for two weeks in a row..enough is enough. That look on my face yesterday said it all. Not only for the flashy box but for having to be dragged screaming off to the v-e-t; never mind it's for my own good. (I scared mom pretty badly with my not eating or drinking).
That handsome v-e-t gave me my pill yesterday and said that would be it until we see if I can eat normally on my own. So, maybe I can get a break from being sneaked up on and snatched out of my slumber and being stuffed into that PTU! Talk about bad TIMES!
I have taken over her new chair in here. I scold until she lets me in it. Mom didn't know what I was fussing about until I stood at the top of my steps..right level with her and her new office chair and stood ramrod straight staring fixedly at the chair. Then and only then did it dawn on her I wanted her UP and OUT so I could get IN and DOWN! I can see a battle of wills shaping up here!
A girls work is never done, I'll tell you.

Good Morning Admiral! Mom got you to the vet where you needed to go. Now show mommy that you can eat without the pill and you won't have to go through that again!
xoxo
Good!! We hope you will no longer need any more pills!!! As for the chair, well, tell your mom to find another one ;) Everything in the house belongs to the cat. She should know that!! heehee

MOL, you go girl!!!!!!!! We think your mom is going to have to buy herself another chair so you can have this one!!!!!!!!
Darlin' girl, we continue to purray for you.....that you will not need anymore pills. We love you so very much.
We are sorry to hear you were bundled off to "that place" again. We hope you won't need any more pills from now on.
Why don't you swap your kitty bed for your mom's chair - or do you think you should own them both?
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Admiral, we figured something out for you. If you eat and drink, you won't hafta go to the vet. So maybe you should eat and drink, okay??
Enjoy your chair...we know you will win that battle.
he he - you are so cute. We cats always know how to get what we want!! Sure hope you start eating and drinking pal - it's not fun to get caged up and dashed off to the vet. I'm purring for you.
Hey, Admiral! We know why you chose that chair. Any girlcat would know. It's a color coordination thing! It matches yours furs so booofully!
Sam said to me this morning that he thought we should throw an all-u-can-eat shinding in your backyard as soon as it gets warm -- all your favorite fuds! Good idea? Of course Sam's always looking for an excuse to chow down...and to purr to you :)
xoxoxo

Star says, "My dearest darling!! Remember my precious that if you eat and drink without having to go to the vet and take pills then you won't have to get into the ::shudder:: PTU!! Please let me know if your fountain works! If it's too loud for you or you don't like the way it bubbles we got one from Noodles & Ollie and we can switch up with you. Ours flows down like a stream and it's quiet. Purrs and grooming sweetness!!"

Ahoy, Admiral! I admire a lady who knows what she wants! Happy to hear the good news about no more trips to the vet, too!
Oh, wow-- to have folks crowded on a bench to take in your beauty. I wish there was room for me!
Have a good weekend!

Well we sure hope there aren't any more trips to the vet. We feel sure that you can get to eating and drinking on your own. Just think, you wouldn't have to go back to the dreaded vet.Take care.
I know you will be able to eat and drink on your own Admiral!
We are purring for you to eat on your own, gorgeous Admiral; please get well soon...We are impressed with your Mommy training, adorable girl...We hope you enjoy a fun weekend, sweet friend...xoxo...Calle, Halle, Sukki
We hope you don't have to go back to the vet for a very long time Admiral! You're doing a good job training your mom to get out of your chair on command. Our mommy gets stubborn sometimes and won't leave the chair all the way but instead sits on the edge since she claims she has to work so can't leave it totally. Well, it serves her right then that she gets major numb butt and can't walk right for awhile after she does get up!
I'm tellin' you; those humans can be just soooo slow to understand! Even after they are trained it's barely worth the effort and all for what? Some scant kibble? A few hundred toys? Stinky food? Freedom to cover every flat surface with glorious furs? Bast be praised what we must endure for servitude.
You are looking more stunning that evar and I'm quite pleased to see your portrait being worshiped as it should be! Though in all fairness; the humans should be worshiping from their knees.
xoxo

I hope you don't have any more trips to the vet for a long time.
You sweet girl, this sneaky trip was worth it, it seems. You won't have to go back for awhile.
Hang in there, Admiral and that chair will be all yours. You do rule, girl. Mom gave me the recliner coz it had my name on it, so to speak.
xxxx Kassey.....ps. Mom said you look so classy and cute in the portrait.
Kassey
Hope you can eat without pills?
Do you think luck of exercise cause that?
you can try your mum treadmill ha ha ha
I never seen a cat on treamill yet...
xoxoxo
Paws crossed that this is the last of those pills! And tell your human to get her own chair - this one obviously belongs to you!
Oh, sounds like good news from the vet, Admiral.
Yes, I will sneak over tonight and share your quilt with you. My humans are going out so they won't miss me.
Hi Admiral, it is great that you will not have to go to the v-e-t, if you can eat on your own normally. I hope you will. It is too much to go to the v-e-t so frequently. I understand you are so tired of it. Well eat well, Admiral. If you don't, you will have to go back... If you don't, I hope it is not because you are sick but because you want to let your mom see the handsome v-e-t again....
I love your photo! Your photo is put up in the museum? I'd love to visit there :-)
Have a wonderful weekend!!
Yippee ! this is great news !!!!! + you have your own chair but your mom don't..hee..heh..heee !
You need that chair for your very own. Your Mom can find another.
As far as the pill goes, here's the deal: It's a pain you have to get in that PTU. On the other hand, it's a Good Thing they have that pill, because remember how sick you were and how worried your Mom was? I hope you won't need it for too much longer, but (and I can't believe I am saying this!) maybe you should cooperate with your poor Human. They're kind of fragile and they worry soooooo much! Not like us AT ALL.
I love that photo! it is sooo cool!!
Yes to repeat what everyone else has said please continue eating and then no more trips to the vet! xoxo
For once, I agree with Spitty.
We both like our Gorgeous Gal curvy!
Ooooh, la la!
Yes, Admiral, conquer that chair! :)
O, my dear Admiral,
A battle of the wits seems so unfair with the puny humans, now doesn't it.
:: sighs ::
Love & Purrs,
KC
Well, I certainly hope you will continue to eat once you're off your medication, Admiral! It would make it easier for efurryone involved, including you!
I would say you definitely have the upper paw when it comes to that chair. You are the Admiral, after all!
