You asked if I was a Russian Blue? Actually I am a British Shorthair, blue colour - used to be called British Blue breed. They think that we are one of the oldest UK breeds, bred from Roman and British cats. We are reasonably common in this part of the world, but we haven't seen any American versions of us.
My friend Misha at http://gorgeous.co.nz/misha/ he is a Russian blue kitty and a perfect example of one. Russians have very fine facial features and sleek bodies. British shorthairs are lets say, more chubby and robust. We don't like climbing, and are content to hang around the house, some may say lazy cats. We have quiet meows and are pretty placid.

you have wavy furs on your belly! In showcats like Maine Coons, they call that 'noodling' cuz it looks like ramen noodles, hahameow!
