It's going to be a feels like of 100 degrees tomorrow they say and Sunday as well. Mom keeps me inside at all times so I am always as cool as I can be what with this heavy long fur coat on all the time. Her sons say to have me shaved. Now what would that look like? If I were to go out of doors, perhaps. As it is, I maintain my beauty no matter what her sons say.
This is the third day in a row with no rain. No one knows how to act! I know mom mentioned in her own blog that the weather man confirmed what she already knew..it has truly rained half of the year. The number of sunny days and rainy days are equal, believe it or not. That is a powerful lot of rain.
Mom will have to renew her effort and seal her ears against heart wrenching low pitched howls from me, and gather me up to go to the Vet. I have managed to delay it for several weeks and it's not good for me. I need the blood test to see where I am with my meds. I need a pedicure too as I won't allow Mom to do it. I need a few mats shaved out of my coat as for several months I would not allow her to brush me. I have permitted brushing for two and a half weeks now. I look a lot better but there are mats on my tummy. So I will have to deal with that.
Other than that, she and I bid you a good night. We are tired and we intend to do a little reading before an early bedtime.

Oh you poor sweetie! You are so lucky to have such a nice mom. Be good to her and let her take you to the vet.

Ahoy there Admiral! Your Florida fan club is alive and well. Our human has been much too busy these days and we have been unable to visit you properly.
We do so understand about the fur mats, and the claws! Our leader, Shadow does a fine job of 'nailing down' our human at night too!
Beware the dark hole that they will try to stuff you in for the Vet visit!!! We have been there and we don't ever want to go again...one of our outdoor sisters disappeared on Monday and has not returned...she went into the black hole. We did overhear the human saying that she had to have shots, worming and tick removal!!!!! AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHHH! The black hole is a terrible place.
Well, we have stayed as long as our human will allow. She says she tires of all the typing. Oh well!

Admiral Admiral I have a question! Paul from the Beantown Babbler. Do you think the uneasy peace with the squirrels will hold and as a follow up I like to ask if there was any truth to the rumors concerning you and catnip in your younger days?

Dear Beantown Babbler: I am afraid there are incriminating photos of me with said catnip hence..I am unable to deny these rumors. However, I have seen occasionally at least, the error of my ways and for the most part, I have ceased those operations. I cannot say in truth that they have ceased entirely.
my friend. my pet has a comb with a razor in it. she can comb and thin at the same time. You can keep your color and stay cooler... leave this where she can see it... the vet may have what she needs. my pet was telling her mate that if i start panting like a dog that i am in trouble.
