A Pretty Girl is Like a Melody

Mommy says I am a pretty girl.  Still.  Certainly I was.  Now she sees me in her memory,  and her memories of me are fresh and beautiful, always.

Looking at deer TV and...I got them told!

Guarding against raccoon and possums and other cats!

Mom still misses me but I am waiting for her and Katie Isabella, right along with my fur sibs from a long time ago.

One of My Fave Places

Kitties, I used to get into our bed more than my comfy beddie in my room.  Even more than the couch, the back of the couch or anywhere.  Well, wait.  I did love the love seat too.

But here...mom would come home and find me here.  Oh, not for the day.  I had work and things to do.  But when I took a time out...I hopped up on the bed.

I used to lay with my head on mom's pillow many times.  She just thought that was the sweetest thing ever.  I was always on her side of the bed just as Katie is now. No one sleeps on their own side.  Hopping John used to sleep in the middle between the shams.

Mom thought I was the most beautiful Tortie ever.  She loved that white puff on the end of my tail.

Kitties, I swear, I must have thought I was a super model or something,  I never minded the flashy box at all.  Here are a few memories.  ❤️  Mom and Katie hope you like them, and recall some of these.

I used to sit and torment lizards at the front door.  I never minded other kitties coming to my door.  I never said a word.  This is when I was well, as you can see by my generous back view and lush coat.  A Tortie of many colors

Only a year or so old. Posing for one of my favorite brovvers.

I was a bag purrson through and through.  Mom loved rustling the bag and getting me to shoot out of there like a comet!

I Loved to Play

Kitties, I loved to play.  All the way until the last five  or so months that I was here.  Good days to remember.  And mom, along with and my favorite brothers, were my family.  I loved them all.  I loved seeing you each every day and coming to see you too. We had fun, you kitties and me. Some of our conversations would start mom laughing and even at work, she'd be smiling over them.  Spitty and Rupert and Boomie...they were my mancats.  ❤️ Back in the day.

Mom kept our treadmill in the living room.  I kept my figure using it as you can see.

This pose got me so many smoochies that woke me up, I almost laid a bitey on her.

Really Mom?

Kitties, I was asking mom what on earth she meant by saying *I* spilled water on the wood kitchen floor while she was away on midnights!  How dare she.  I had a small pawty, granted, and there was perhaps a bit of a pawty atmosphere going on, yes.  But to say *I* did the spilling was not very nice of her.

She said my small carefully chosen group of furriends were a gathering of thugs!  THUGS!  Just because there was a still to this day, visible swelling of wood from the 17 hours  of standing water before mom got home from her shift and overtime--- and so on, and just because there were some kibble crumbs here and there and just because we used the treadmill in the human litter box area does not excuse calling us thugs!

I was busy being the hostess.  I can't watch everyone all the time.  She grumbled because she had to clean up she said, before she could go to bed!  Sheesh!
