We missed your mom's previous post, but we're glad she is feeling better. Mom Paula still has those moments as the anniversary of Sweet Praline going to the Bridge is getting closer.
We saw the previous post in Google Reader...Your mom is allowed to have a "moment" or five, whenever she needs to. Even with a new fur companion to take our attention, sometimes it's hard to carry on. We understand this.
Those moments of sadness can creep up and swipe you when you least expect!! Learning to duck at the right time is quite an art! Glad momma is feeling better xox
Sorry dear friends. Guess I missed the entire thing and am just catching up today. Admiral - your mom misses you very much. WHile she loves Katie, you will always have a special place in her heart. It makes it extra hard on her because you were her first blog kitty and first Twitter kitty too. She's getting better tho, and Katie will help her thru it, along with wonderful memories of you.
I got curious and read a bit in Google Reader. For your Mom's knowledge, I turned off word verification altho if I start to see a lot of spam, I'll have to turn in back on. Spam seems to find me, as does spammers on Twitter whenever I unlock my account.
we missed the post too because Mom and Dad were out of town for four days and the week before Mom was a crazy lady trying to pre-schedule my blog post (and Dakota's) and she didn't bring her laptop.

We missed the post also, but we totally unnerstands about missing the Kitties Who Came Before.
One time, about a year or two after Mr. Teeth crossed the Bridge, the Human was driving down the freeway to Los Angeles and she was just suddenly overcome with sadness. She sobbed off and on for like a hundred and fifty miles. She really loved that Boy.
I understand he was a LOT nicer than me, but oh well, *I* am what she has now, MOL! And I has my own charms!
The Human checks the Admiral's blog every couple days, just to see if she's whispered any impawtant messages.
Admiral, your Mom will always love you and will always miss you, even though she loves Katie. Ron & I love Gracie & Millie dearly, but we still love and miss Hemingway and Margo.
