Kitties!!! You know, my mom does an awful lot for me and puts up with a lot FROM me. Like my singing realllllly loud when it's v-e-t day, and my nightly announcements about dust mote and moonbeam populations while she's still asleep. It's easy for me to see she that loves me. She's a good steward- as are all of my kitty friend's mom's and dad's.
But I give back just as you kitties do. Last night after we headed to bed. I always let her read awhile before I come up onto the bed because she closes the book when I do hop up with her, knowing I will be a Sphinx on her chest for awhile and then I'll snuggle into her neck and shoulder. I pat her face to say I love you and then, we sleep and wait for another day.
By the way,mommy said she got me my puzzle box at one of the larger pet supply stores. It cost her about 27 green papers as it is made of wood.

It's so nice how you and your mom have such a sweet bedtime routine! After we all get our treats, I let Mommy read but I always give her sandpaper kisses on her forehead or lay on the nightstand and put my paw on her. She gives me more treats every time I do 'cute' things like that!

Miss Admiral, I also do the sphinx on my mom - it's part of our special time together. I love to rest my forehead against her head, too. When I get tired of sitting on her, I'll move up to her pillow and purr her to sleep. I don't cuddle on her, though. Then, right about the time we're ready to go to sleep, that psycho Zoe starts yelling at her mousies. I'm pretty sure that at bedtime, mom loves me best.

Miss Admiral, thank you for noticing how sweet I am. You reminded me with your comment that I was going to applaud you on your advanced leg-weaving technique. One of the ones who came before used to do that, too. He must not have been very good at it, though, because he just made my mom say bad words - you are so good your mom must love it!!!

We've been sending purrs & prayers for Jack. BTW Could you send Supr Sekrt Kitty Signals to Star telling him he needs to come sleep with me again? Thomas slept with me two nights and Star hasn't been back since!! I can't get to sleep until 0300!!

Usually seven of us sleep with Mommy! she complains about getting hot but we just scooch in tighter, pin her under the covers and she gives in and goes back to sleep.
