You woke me for THAT? I most certainly did NOT knock over your plants, mom! There must have been a strong wind coming through the house during the night! There was! I heard it..it woke me up. You may apologize now.
I think the Spirit of Basement Cat must have come to visit your house. He comes here sometimes and he comes all the time to visit the house of my little kitten-friends Aggie & Wally, though their Dad doesn't understand and still blames them when bacon goes missing from his plate--as if!
I've missed you Admiral! But the Human says we can start visiting again! (I was very sad when you decided you preferred that gentlemanly Rupert. Surely I can change your mind with my Party Tail today?

Oh dear. I guess you will have to make sure mom closes the windows at night so you don't get blamed for things like this.
We blame occurances like that on EVLT's...Extreme Very Localized Tremors. They are a Scientific Fact. And that's why stuff tips over, all the time.
Poor Admiral. Mom seems to blame you for everything. Just stick to your story.
Pots, schmots..we believe you!
Of course, you are innocent, sweet Admiral; just look at that precious face=who could believe otherwise?!...xoxo...Calle, Halle, Sukki

Sometimes we just get blamed for everything, mostly because we're close by!
It's no fair that you get in trouble for something the wind did! Geesh! You better get an apology and lots of treats too!
Oh the nerve of her to think you would do something bad! ;-)
I once knocked over my Irish friend, Phil O'Dendron. He is recuperating outside. It's getting cold, so he may get to come back in soon.
Mandu
Hahaha! Phil O'Dendron!
Admiral, we all know how plants like to sway in even the tiniest of breezes!
Admiral, you must use your rank and demand an apology!
I have met this Phil O'Dendron once before. I have to say his breath was a bit boozy.
I knew you did not do that. Our plants tip over at our house almost every day -- just like that!
bonk and bonkbonk
Admiral, you look innocent to me and you wouldn't tip Mom's plant over.
well, at least it wasn't the singing that woke her this time!
Of course you didn't do it. That totally innocent expression on your face should prove it to anybody...
