Well, more likely a good time had by my human here. She medicated me easily yesterday. Today..depends on my mood. I get tomorrow off which is well as we will have a full house till next Monday. That's one less thing.
She had the temerity to get ME up and the hour of 0400 yesterday! What next>? Will she scratch me on the leg, or snatch at my foot as I am busy doing something (the way I do her when she is making the bed?) I love those attacks when I am under the bed and she doesn't know it. There she is..moving about the bed and my paw shoots out from under the dust ruffle with military precision and nails her with a claw! I love to see her jump! Makes my day.
She was supposed to go to the mountains today, all day. the Great Smoky Mountains ( we live within an hour's distance of them) but that was cancelled due to the other participant having to do something for his elderly mother who is moving. Next week perhaps.
Meanwhile, I am, along with my human, plotting to get the better of squirrels. Mom had to take the decimated feeder down and she is awaiting a new one from Droll Yankee that is purportedly squirrel proof. There goes part of my nature TV show I watch from from my comfortable place on the carpet at the front door. My viewing should be enhanced by the arrival of the squirrel proof feeder which spins the squirrels off when they get on it. Right now I must make do with my movie on DVD.

What out for the SS attacks! I wonder if they'll figure out the new feeder?? Mmmm ... might have a jolly good time watching them spin off and go flying into the unknown. :)

Good day, Admiral. Our humans recently finished glassing in the screened porch for us (they don't realize it was just for us!)...they call it a Florida Room. Actually it is a 'cat room' where we can lie around in sunbeams and watch the squirrels and birds in the backyard. Occasionally we allow our humans to borrow our room.
We enjoyed visiting you today..
