Mom had to medicate me yesterday and again today. I get 2 days off a week, I am not as lively so there must be a correlation there between how I feel and the medicine.
Her sons got back from New Zealand this morning at 0600, and there are pictures on mom's blog that her son is letting her use to show folks what he saw when he went. These are from her middle son. Here is the address if you are interested. More will be coming as he gets them from the memory stick.

I know that they are terribly tired. A long many many hour trip with quite a few hours layover in San Fransisco before getting the red eye to Charlotte. Did you know that there is such a thing as...get ready...brace yourself...chicken chips there in New Zealand? CHICKEN CHIPS I tell you. Their host called me from Auckland last evening and said a packet of them are making their way here to the US with the boys. Also..Loach, read this: There is a picture of the middle son sitting at a restaurant table with a huge burger in front of him. Guess what was topping the burger??? Shredded BEETS! Yes. BEETS! That son would rather be incarcerated than ever eat a beet. But other than the shredded beets he was amazed and delighted with everything he got to eat. He said the chicken chips were delicious! Reminded him of Stove Top stuffing in taste. :-)

New Zealand does seem like an epic trip though.
